Using Confetti

Confetti helps users create cards, events, RSVPs, memories, planning hubs, and shareable links. Features may change, pause, or be removed as we improve the app.

Your content

You are responsible for the messages, photos, videos, links, event details, and planning notes you create or share. Only upload content you have the right to use and share.

Respectful use

• Do not use Confetti to harass, spam, impersonate, or deceive people.
• Do not upload illegal, hateful, explicit, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to break, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

Trials and purchases

Confetti may offer a limited free trial followed by a one-time in-app purchase for lifetime core access. Apple or Google processes the purchase under the store account's terms. Restore Purchases can be used with the same store account when supported. Optional future features, including AI features, may be sold separately and will be described before purchase.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features, expire demo links, or remove unlawful or abusive content. We will not intentionally delete active account data without a product, safety, legal, or security reason, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Data availability and your backups

We work to keep Confetti and your event information available, but no app, device, network, or cloud service can guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, delayed, or unavailable. Device loss or failure, operating-system changes, accidental deletion, account deletion, network outages, software defects, and third-party service failures can affect your data.

Review important dates, reservations, addresses, payment deadlines, and other event details against their original sources. Keep an independent copy of information you cannot easily recreate. Confetti's Export Event Backup control can prepare a JSON copy of event and planning records for you to save through your device's share sheet. Photos and videos are not embedded in that file and should be backed up separately.

Service disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Confetti is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or able to preserve or recover every record. Confetti is a planning aid and is not the authoritative source for travel, venue, ticket, payment, safety, or emergency information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Confetti and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service, including loss, corruption, or inability to recover event data, lost opportunities, or costs caused by reliance on planning information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where those exclusions are prohibited.

Third-party services

Confetti may link to partner services such as ticketing, gifting, social platforms, email, SMS, maps, or payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
